• For Buyers: Purchased assets are licensed, not sold. You are granted a license to use these assets for personal or commercial projects as defined in the specific license tier selected at the time of purchase.

3. Financial Transactions (PayPal)

Grappict.com utilizes PayPal as the primary gateway for both purchases and payouts.

• Purchases: All payments are processed in real-time via PayPal. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal account has sufficient funds or a valid linked payment method.

• Payouts (Withdrawals):

  • Sellers may request a withdrawal of their earned balance once the minimum threshold is met.

  • All withdrawal requests are processed via PayPal.

  • Processing Time: Please be advised that all payout requests are subject to a review process to ensure compliance with our terms. Funds will be disbursed to your registered PayPal account within a maximum of 10 business days from the date the withdrawal request is approved.

  • You are responsible for any fees charged by PayPal for receiving funds.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload copyrighted content you do not own or have permission to distribute.

• Engage in fraudulent activities, including "fake" sales or manipulation of the marketplace system.

• Attempt to bypass our payment system or engage in off-platform transactions.

5. Account Termination

Grappict.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, or cause harm to our platform or community.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Grappict.com is a marketplace provider. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of the assets uploaded by third-party contributors. Use of assets is at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
